When you use our booking form, we collect only the information you choose to give us:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number (as the parent or guardian, or as an adult student);
  • The student's first name and age;
  • The instrument and experience level;
  • Your scheduling preferences and anything you write in the message.

We also keep the standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) that virtually every website records for security and reliability.

Children's information

Our lessons are chosen by parents, and our booking form is designed for a parent or guardian to complete. We collect a student's first name and age only to schedule and coordinate lessons. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and we never ask for more about a child than we need. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or ask us to delete their child's information at any time by emailing us.

How we use your information

We use it only to:

  • respond to your inquiry;
  • schedule, coordinate, and communicate about lessons;
  • keep records of our lessons with your family.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

How your information is shared

We share your information only with the small number of service providers we rely on to run the studio (for example, our email provider), and only as needed to help us respond to you.
